>Musical Tweets

My pianistic journey began in Los Angeles, where I first learned to play the piano under the guidance of Milton Stern. These early lessons laid the foundation for my deep connection to the instrument and my passion for music. Life brought me to Lausanne, Switzerland, where I had the privilege of studying with the esteemed pianist and educator Christian Favre.

Christian Favre, renowned for his intense and original interpretations, profoundly influenced my approach to piano performance. His mentorship at the Haute École de Musique de Lausanne was instrumental in shaping my technique and artistic vision. Under his tutelage, I earned my Diplôme d’enseignement instrumentale with the highest honors, a testament to the rigorous training and inspiration I received.

Throughout my studies, I immersed myself in the rich traditions of classical piano while also exploring contemporary techniques and compositions. This blend of classical rigor and modern innovation continues to inform my work as a performer, teacher, and researcher, allowing me to contribute to the evolution of piano music and ensure its enduring vitality.

As a seasoned web developer, I bring several years of experience in crafting engaging and responsive websites. My skill set includes proficiency in HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript, allowing me to build intuitive and efficient user interfaces. I am adept at using modern development tools and frameworks to ensure that my projects are not only visually appealing but also highly functional and accessible. My passion lies in continuous learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends to deliver cutting-edge digital solutions.

>Relative Music Theory

Driven by a passion to ensure that classical piano remains a vibrant and evolving art form, I have dedicated myself to advancing this timeless genre. My work involves not only performing and teaching the great works of classical composers but also reintegrating their techniques and styles into contemporary compositions. By fostering a dialogue between the past and the present, I aim to keep the spirit of classical piano alive, ensuring it continues to inspire and captivate future generations. Through this commitment, I strive to make classical piano a living, breathing art form that is cherished and perpetuated, rather than a relic of the past.

My passion for music extends beyond performance and education into the realm of music theory research. I am particularly fascinated by Relative Music Theory (RMT), a groundbreaking approach that I have been developing. RMT seeks to transcend the limitations of the traditional 12-note system, offering musicians a more flexible and precise framework for creating and interpreting music. This innovative theory opens up new possibilities for musical expression and the preservation of diverse musical traditions. By integrating RMT into my work, I aim to expand the horizons of classical piano and contribute to its evolution as a dynamic and enduring art form.
